Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Denver, CO.
We’re looking for an experienced, highly self-motivated leasing professional who takes pride in delivering quality work on time. This role supports the Property Manager and requires someone who can work independently in the office with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate communicates confidently and professionally with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members, and can clearly explain leasing information and general maintenance processes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hour + commissions

Responsibilities
Tour prospects through vacant and model apartments Ensure applications are complete at time of submission Process applications by verifying income, rental history, credit, and criminal background Understand lease documents and explain terms to residents and prospects Create work orders at resident request and communicate them to Maintenance Post property notices as needed Communicate with vendors working on-site Receive packages, maintain package log, and sign as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager Minimum Qualifications
2–3 years of multi-family leasing experience High school diploma or equivalent Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Bilingual is a plus Job Type:
