Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through various outreach methods
Assess each client’s needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Sell and present Farmers Insurance offerings, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
Stay up to date with insurance product knowledge, regulations, and industry trends
Accurately manage sales activities and follow-ups using agency systems
