Shifts: Day (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) and Night (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) with on‑spot walk‑in interviews Monday – Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Base pay range $32.00/hr – $32.00/hr

Major Responsibilities
Assist in implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
Provide nursing services.
Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities preferred.
Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
