Responsibilities
Provide in home therapy services for level 3 youth in the foster or birth home at least once per week.
Within 30 days of placement, develop Master Treatment Plans upon admission and updates in conjunction with the treatment team.
Meet/Greet new admits within 24 hours of admission.
Conduct Psychosocial assessments with youth upon 72 hours of admission.
Coordinate activities to ensure that treatment plan goals and objectives are met.
Maintain accurate, complete, timely, and appropriate clinical records and other required information.
On-Call Rotation when needed by the facility to meet the requirements of all governing agencies.
Collaborate with other staff in coordinating therapeutic services.
Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Location & Work Arrangement Montgomery, Stewart, Robertson, Cheatham and Dickson counties.
Hybrid job blends remote work and in-office position with occasional requirements to report to the facility. This role requires full-time dedication and must be flexible to include weekends and evening work.
Position Summary Clinical Therapist will provide in-home therapy for higher level children/youth in the foster/birth home at least once per week. Clinical Therapist will be an essential member of the child/youth’s family team providing communication & documentation about youth’s therapeutic and permanency progress. Clinical Therapist will provide support, crisis intervention and on call support to child/youth/foster parents.
Requirements / Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
Three to five related work experience required, five to eight years preferred.
Valid state Driver's License.
Automobile insurance with verification of medical liability.
