About the Opportunity Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for:
CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures Electrophysiology (EP) cases Structural Heart interventions
As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre‑anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post‑anesthesia recovery.
Schedule & Environment Monday–Friday schedule No call or weekends Supportive, team‑based care model; high‑acuity cardiac cases in a well‑equipped facility Strong culture and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits Excellent compensation based on years of experience—median $245K $75K sign‑on bonus $25K incentive bonus Year 4 $2,500 CME & 3 paid days Cardiac stipend Premium shift bonus 401(k) & 403(b) retirement plan Health insurance (eligible on Day 1) 9 weeks paid vacation; practice at top of license
Requirements Active Florida ARNP license Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
