is seeking Behavioral Health Therapists to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team! Full‑time & Part‑time opportunities are available. This position works primarily dayshift hours Monday‑Friday and offers flexible scheduling. We provide weekly supervision by an approved licensed supervisor and CEU opportunities. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced therapist, we offer a career ladder to support your growth and will consider all levels of therapists for this role.

Sign‑On Bonuses are being offered for full‑time positions:

$5,000 with a 1‑year commitment,

$7,000 with a 2‑year commitment,

$10,000 with a 3‑year commitment.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, conduct assessments of new patients using the designated format and make clinical decisions regarding treatment, interventions, and referrals.

Implement, refine, and adapt treatment concepts, models, and constructs for service delivery.

Document all assessments, treatment sessions, contacts, case management, and other client work in accordance with guidelines.

Create and update treatment plans that provide a continuum of therapeutic, supportive, and other services for patients with varying needs.

Assess changing patient needs per outpatient or partial hospitalization guidelines and incorporate these into treatment plans.

Complete clinical documentation on the day of service and provide information to patient access representatives and insurance providers to secure authorization.

Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss clinical cases, review and update treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide referral recommendations.

Provide individual and group therapy, engage families when indicated, and educate patients on recovery.

Review cases or groups periodically, noting serious clinical changes with the supervisor and other clinical personnel.

Discuss additional service needs with the clinical team to determine appropriate referrals.

Refer patients to other care levels, community self‑help programs, or relevant social or human services.

Maintain daily records of clinical productivity as instructed.

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

One year of clinical experience preferred.

Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation, assessment processes, and current DSM version.

Experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances

If holding a Master's in Psychology, must be licensed as LCPC or LGPS.

If holding a Master's in Social Work, must be licensed as LCSW or LMSW.

Alternate credentials include LCSW, LMSW, or LPC.
