About the Position TravelNurseSource is partnering with Magnet Medical to find a qualified PICU RN. This role involves direct patient care in a pediatric intensive care setting, using the nursing process to deliver high‑quality care to critically ill children.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in a pediatric intensive care unit.
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with the PICU team to provide evidence‑based, family‑centered care.
Adhere to unit and facility policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
Graduate of an RN program and current unrestricted RN license in Indiana.
Previous work experience as an RN, preferably in a PICU or critical care setting.
Ability to lift and transfer patients up to 80 pounds using proper techniques.
Capacity to stand, walk, and shift for 2–5 hours at a time and to work a 12‑hour day shift.
Knowledge of infection prevention, radiation safety, and blood‑borne pathogen control.
Contract & Compensation Pay $2,398 per week, 3 days x 12‑hour day shift, 13‑week contract month. The position is available as a 13‑week temporary assignment beginning January 12, 2026.
Location & Travel Columbus, IN 47201. This is a travel assignment; the RN will work exclusively at the Columbus facility.
