Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license.
Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plans.
Conduct resident assessments.
Lead nursing activities and advocate for residents.
Maintain knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
