PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Brookdale Wickliffe
Location Brookdale Wickliffe – 47 Bed Assisted Living and 33 Bed Memory Care, Wickliffe, OH

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses.
Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
Qualifications
LPN or LVN License required per state regulations.
