About the Role As a QP Facilitator on the High-Fidelity Wraparound team, you will build and lead a Child and Family Team (CFT) to support youth with the mission of staying “at home, in school, and out of trouble.” You will coordinate team activities, provide direct support and education to families and team members, guide the family in achieving objectives outlined in the Family Plan, and ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database. Using a strengths‑based approach, you will embody the Wraparound philosophy of “Whatever it takes” to meet the unique needs of youth and families, driving meaningful, lasting success.

This full‑time position offers a flexible schedule primarily during business hours, with occasional evening hours (3–7 pm) to accommodate families. Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly salary: $43,680 to $52,000 for this full‑time non‑exempt position

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field

Must meet the NC Qualified Professional requirements, including education and experience with the population served

A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for work‑related travel
