Role Overview Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case across surgical procedures in various specialties.
Responsibilities
Position patient and prepare operating room environment.
Assist with patient prep and monitoring during surgery.
Circulate surgical cases ensuring documentation and patient safety.
Coordinate with surgical team to support efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
Active RN license in the state.
BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
