We’re seeking a Licensed Financial Advisor who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial clarity and long-term security. In this role, you’ll build meaningful client relationships, provide personalized financial guidance, and deliver strategic solutions across investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management.

Responsibilities
Develop customized financial plans aligned with client goals, values, and risk tolerance
Analyze client financial situations including assets, income, liabilities, and cash flow
Recommend suitable investment, insurance, and retirement strategies
Monitor client portfolios and conduct regular review meetings
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, tax considerations, and financial products
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
Develop customized financial plans aligned with client goals, values, and risk tolerance

Recommend suitable investment, insurance, and retirement strategies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred)
Active financial licenses (Series 6/7 and 63/65 or equivalent required)
CFP, CFA, or other advanced designations are a plus
2–5 years of experience in financial advising, planning, or sales preferred
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skills
Proficiency with financial planning tools and CRM systems
Ethical, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences
Compensation $86,000 - $117,000
