Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings effectively.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success.

Utilize company-provided tools and resources to streamline your workflow and enhance client service quality.

Qualifications

Experience in building and nurturing client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Ability to guide clients through the buying or selling process with expert advice and support.

Proven track record of conducting market research to provide clients with current property values and trends.

Skill in negotiating offers and contracts to secure optimal outcomes for clients.

Experience in coordinating property showings, open houses, and events to effectively showcase listings.

Ability to collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success, enhancing overall team performance and client satisfaction.

Compensation $112,000 - $185,000 yearly
