100% Outpatient position
State‑of‑the‑art Primary Care Clinic, team‑based care model
In addition to primary care, this facility houses Lab, X‑ray, Women’s Health, and Convenient Care. A state‑of‑the‑art Oncology Infusion center is also on site.
Low volume call with first screen by Patient Advisory Nurse
Access to Level III nursery and Level I Trauma Center 45 minutes away with dedicated air and ground support
Pediatric subspecialty support includes Critical Care, Surgery, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Hematology/Oncology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Developmental‑Behavioral and Genetics

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $170,400 – $190,200. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
