PRN Physical Therapist (PT)
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a PRN PT, you will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care and work collaboratively with facility staff.
Responsibilities
Providing excellent care for patients
Delivering excellent customer service to patients and family members
Collaborating with facility staff to ensure comprehensive care
Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals
Treating patients, answering concerns, and educating them on injury prognosis and progress
Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
Re‑evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care, and resetting goals
Completing timely and accurate documentation: evaluations, re‑evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
