Position Details
Facility: BayCare Health System, Diagnostic Imaging – Mease Countryside Hospital
Location: Safety Harbor, FL
Status: PRN
Shift Hours: Days, Evenings, Weekends
Shift: Shift 4, Varies
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: Yes
Responsibilities
Performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
May perform minor invasive procedures and support OR and ED diagnostic imaging services.
Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical work, physician assistance, and patient transportation.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills.
Possesses computer skills appropriate to the position.
Preferred
1 year experience in CT, electrocardiogram, and/or MRI
Requirements
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) – registry eligible; OR – ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) – within 6 months
Radiology – State of Florida
Technical diploma (Radiology) or Associate’s degree – Radiology
