About The Position AlliedTravelCareers is partnering with CompHealth to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for home health assignments in Salida, California. Assignments may range from a single day to several years. You will provide therapeutic care in a home health setting.
Responsibilities
Work 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday
Serve 4–7 patients per day
Complete productive points requirements (30 points per week)
Perform SOC assessments and follow‑ups
Provide treatment plans and documentation
Requirements
1+ year of physical therapy home health experience
BLS certification
Spanish speaking preferred
