Job Overview
Corewell Health South is offering an excellent opportunity to join our group of cardiovascular specialists at Lakeland Heart & Vascular. We are recruiting a full-time Non‑Invasive Cardiologist to join our team!
Responsibilities
Provide primary health care services and consultation for patients and families, focusing on wellness and health promotion and, as appropriate, surgical care services.
Cover clinics in St. Joseph and Niles, MI, including office in Niles located at the Heart Center on the campus of Corewell Health South Niles Hospital and dedicated rounding rotations in St. Joseph.
Access to 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist programs with Epic EHR support.
Qualifications
Doctorate Graduate of an approved Medical College.
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred).
LIC-Physician (MD) – State of Michigan (required upon hire) or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) – State of Michigan (required upon hire).
CRT‑DEA Registration – State of Michigan (required upon hire).
CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (required within 90 days) or American Red Cross (required within 90 days).
CRT‑Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association (preferred upon hire, depending on patient population).
CRT‑Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association (preferred upon hire, depending on patient population).
