Responsibilities
Providing compassionate care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
Monitoring fetal and maternal vital signs, and managing labor progression.
Administering medications and assisting with procedures as needed.
Educating patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.
Skills
Strong knowledge of labor and delivery protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
