Founded as a clinician‑led, training‑intensive provider, Lorenz Clinic pioneers family psychology specialties and Minnesota’s first post‑master’s fellowships. The clinic offers a supportive, interprofessional environment that prioritizes relational care, systemic insight, and professional growth. Key Program Features

The fellowship follows a cohort model and includes: Full‑time, salaried, in‑person role (W2, benefits‑eligible) Structured supervision: 8 hours per month of individual and group supervision, 4 hours of case consultation, 8 hours of fellowship seminar, and 1 hour of didactic seminar per week 2 formal scholarly presentations during the two‑year fellowship Opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, teaching, advocacy, and self‑management training Fellowship Activities

Training focuses on the following foundational areas: Professionalism Ethical, Legal, & Policy Issues Individual & Cultural Diversity Relationships Scientific Knowledge Reflective Practice Interdisciplinary Systems & Interprofessional Collaboration Fellows also develop skills in: Selecting Effective Treatments Assessment and Treatment Planning Psychotherapeutic Intervention Consultation Leveraging Supervision Teaching Others Self‑Management and Organizational Effectiveness Advocacy Job Duties

Provide psychological services: diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning under supervision Maintain a psychotherapy caseload in clinic or in‑home setting as assigned Offer individual, couples, group, or family psychotherapy based on client needs and supervisory guidance Participate in supervision, case consultation, training activities, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other required meetings Conduct at least two formal scholarly presentations: one for colleagues and one public presentation Perform other duties as assigned Eligibility & Requirements

The fellowship is intended for pre‑licensed mental health practitioners who are: A master’s degree in psychology, clinical counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from a regionally accredited program Successful completion of a clinically focused master’s‑level practicum or internship that involved diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy (minimum 9–12 months of clinic‑based formation) Declared licensure track in Minnesota:

LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC ; social work candidates must hold LGSW before the fellowship start date A proven track record of sequential, scaffolded learning aimed at a career as a psychotherapist and interpersonally secure, open, flexible, and curious approach to training Benefits

The salary range is $51,000–$90,000 per year, based on qualifications, caseload, and program fit. Fellowship alumni are often invited to join the clinic staff after completion. How to Apply
