This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates!

Medical Assistant What You'll Be Doing

Getting patients ready to shine – prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care.

Hands‑on clinical work – administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures such as wound care and suture removal.

Tech‑savvy & detail‑oriented – keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Team player extraordinaire – support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well‑oiled machine.

Patient educator – help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow‑up care.

What You Bring To The Table

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – required at time of hire and must be maintained.

Certification: Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain before starting).

Knowledge & Skills: POCT, immunizations, and injections knowledge.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Excellent organization & time management.

Customer service excellence – patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Tech‑savvy – comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.

Radiology certification (if applicable) – required if the role requires X‑ray functions.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate care under the supervision of a registered nurse in acute care, long‑term care, home health, and ambulatory settings.

Assess & document patient data with precision and attention to detail.

Administer medications and treatments following all protocols.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patients and ensure optimal care.

Follow Missouri State Board of Nursing Practice Act standards.

What You Need To Bring

Education: Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.

Licensure: Current Missouri licensed practical nurse license.

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS).
