Municipal Capital Projects Manager

My Client is a growing, well-established multidiscipline engineering firm seeking an experienced Capital Projects PM familiar with preparing project cost estimates, scopes for civil design services, bid documents, reviewing bids from contractors and performing contract administration in concert with the City’s procurement and legal staff. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Georgia PE registration, or the ability to obtain with Georgia within 6 months, is required. Experience working on DOT/DPW projects for state, county, city, or local municipalities. Experience which involves managing surveying and civil design services contracts, construction contracts, project estimating, and field inspections for local and/or state government. Proven experience with managing projects through the GDOT plan development process (PDP). Great opportunity to work on major projects!
