Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $46.00/hr
We’re looking for an RN/LPN Desk Nurse to join our community‑driven team. This role focuses on providing high quality nursing care in a supportive environment, ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Shift Hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel; attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership duties as needed.
Conduct direct resident assessment and care; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care.
Formulate nursing care plans using the nursing process and assess each resident daily, making changes as needed.
Assist physicians during weekly rounds, ensuring accurate communication of pertinent information and orders.
Manage conflict through effective problem‑solving and communication skills.
Respond calmly and efficiently to emergency situations.Prepare daily assignments of duties, treatments, and miscellaneous tasks.
