Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate, high‑quality care that positively impacts patient well‑being and recovery. You will deliver individualized care, perform skilled procedures, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessment: Conduct admission and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions, and notify physicians of changes requiring attention.
Planning: Design, direct, evaluate, and document care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies; implement safety initiatives and medication safety practices.
Evaluation: Reassess patients at intervals, notify physicians to modify interventions, and adjust care to meet evolving needs.
Reporting: Provide accurate bedside shift reports, including family participation, to ensure continuity of care.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least one year of RN experience.
Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or equivalent experience.
Licensed RN in TX upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR within 14 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months of hire.

Pay Range $33.00 – $52.80 per hour
