What will you do as an MST Therapist?
Provide intensive in-home service using the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to youth 12-17 and their families.
Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and support systems to reduce risk factors and improve outcomes.
Conduct community visits, crisis intervention, group supervision, and consultation.
Maintain a low caseload of only five cases and be available during afternoons, weekends, and remote settings as needed.
Benefits
Starting Pay Range: $48k-$54k annually
Full-time benefits including 401K match, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
3 weeks paid time off (PTO) first year plus 10 paid holidays
Education reimbursement and referral bonus
Clinical supervision reimbursement of $60 for eligible candidates obtaining licensure
Public Service Loan Forgiveness and state loan repayment program up to $50k
Mileage reimbursement, iPhone and laptop provided for eligible roles

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years working with at-risk youth and families in a home or community-based setting.
Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and on-call rotation.
Pass drug screening test and background check.
