Physical Therapist and Clinic Director
Incredible opportunity to work among Detroit's only Osteopractic Physical Therapy Team, awarded the national clinic of the year by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, mentored by a fellowship‑trained manual therapist who is one of the most skilled dry‑needling therapists in the state. This role is full‑time and long‑term, and your responsibilities may evolve to include hybrid clinical and administrative duties based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide manual therapy, differential diagnosis, and advanced treatment to patients.
Direct clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and staff coordination.
Mentor and lead the PT and occupational therapy team.
Communicate effectively with patients and staff; document accurately.
Ensure patient adherence to plan of care and collaborate with scheduler.
Participate in marketing events and clinic growth initiatives.
Continuously stay updated on evidence‑based practices and cutting‑edge techniques.
Essential Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.
Talent to build and maintain relationships with patients.
Ability to encourage patients and demonstrate warmth and empathy.
Superior listening skills, problem‑solving, and answer‑finding.
Timeliness and proactive resourcefulness.
Preferred Experience
Leadership experience in a medical office, hospital, or team environment.
Customer service experience in a high‑volume setting.
Positive mental attitude and teamwork.
