Overview
Hourly Pay: $38 - $40 / hour. Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring a Registered Nurse to care for an adult patient with a Gtube and tracheostomy. Coverage is required on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 9 pm to 5 am. Trach training is available.

Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services. Initiate the plan of care when directed and request prescriber revisions as patient status changes. Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals. Intervene as necessary in response to changes in patient/client condition and report such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor, and document effectiveness of interventions. Review plan of care and program protocols, identify areas for health teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning.
Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the nurse practices. Current health certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation). Current PPD or chest X‑ray. Current BLS card. Prior RN experience (one year preferred).
