Hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 4‑bedroom residential setting at Andover, MN. The role focuses on caring for individuals with disabilities and supporting their independence.
Compensation:
$24.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours:
2 pm – 10 pm, with every other weekend off.
Location:
Andover, MN.
Responsibilities:
Advocate, support, and educate individuals with disabilities.
Assist residents develop basic living and social skills.
Provide assistance with living skill development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care and behavioral management.
Work under RN supervision and alongside Nursing Assistants.
Requirements:
Current LPN license.
Experience with high medical needs and personal care.
Prefer experience in a group home setting.
Compassionate and caring demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
18 years or older, high school diploma or GED.
Pass MN DHS background study.
Driver’s license and clean record.
