Position: Full-time

Hours per week: 35.1

Schedule: Friday – Sunday 12‑hour shifts*

Pay Range: $34.90 – $52.35

Sign‑on Bonus eligible; relocation bonus if applicable

Where You Will Work The Trauma Intensive Care Unit (TICU) is a brand‑new, 16‑bed modern ICU designed to care for some of the most critically ill and complex trauma and surgical patients in the region. Expectations We’re Looking For

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

ACLS required within 6 months of hire

1–2 years of ICU experience preferred

What You’ll Do

Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
