About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lebanon, Indiana, 46052.

Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required

Active state or Compact RN License
Certifications:
BLS – must include expiration date
Must‑Have:
All time‑off requests must be submitted with the initial application
Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions
Administer medications
Document care
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and discharge planning
This is a 12‑hour shift position with weekend, holiday, and occasional floating requirements. Onboarding and compliance processes typically take 4–6 weeks to complete.
Requirements for Onboarding
Active RN License (NC or Compact)
