Registered Nurse II - Genetics - Part Time

This position is accountable to independently manage the care of complex patients, deliver patient care at a proficient level, and serve as a resource. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's policies.

FTE/Hours per pay period: 0.6 FTE (48 hrs)
Shift: Day
Shift Length: 8
Pay Range: 40.00 - 66.20

Experience
Minimum 1 year nursing experience required and must meet RN II clinical advancement program criteria
Experience in pediatrics, genetics and/or clinic setting a plus
Bilingual skills desirable
Education / Licenses / Certifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor’s in Nursing strongly preferred
Active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN)
HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position
