About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join a highly respected flooring manufacturer and supplier with a decades-long legacy in
premium engineered hardwood, laminate and luxury vinyl floors.
The ideal candidate is an experienced outside sales professional with deep relationships in the Greater Los Angeles market and a proven track record of growing territory revenue.
This role offers the opportunity to represent best-in-class flooring products known for quality, performance, and design across residential and commercial applications. The company is committed to innovation, sustainability, and long-term partnerships with its dealer network.
What You’ll Do
Develop and cultivate new business by sourcing, pitching, and onboarding retail dealers, contractors, designers, and builders throughout the Greater Los Angeles area
Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Provide product knowledge, samples, specifications, and technical support to customers
Monitor market trends and share competitive intelligence with leadership
Conduct regular showroom visits, jobsite walkthroughs, client presentations, and product demonstrations
Participate in industry events, product trainings, and trade shows to expand brand awareness
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of successful sales experience in hardwood flooring or premium building materials
Active relationships with flooring retailers, contractors, designers, or builders in Southern California
Strong understanding of hardwood and hard surface products, installation practices, and specifications
Self-motivated, territory-driven professional with strong follow-through
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
