Location: Bryn Mawr Women's Health, Rosemont, PA. The Patient Services Representative will float to King of Prussia and Newtown Square, PA.

We are hiring a Patient Services Representative (PSR I) at Bryn Mawr Women’s Health, Rosemont, PA, with office hours 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Fridays 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., rotating an evening a week.
The PSR I serves as the initial and final point of contact for all patients. They provide exceptional customer service while managing front‑desk responsibilities such as scheduling, modifying appointments, responding to patient inquiries, and supporting daily administrative workflows.
Essential Functions
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the waiting area.
Notify appropriate personnel to escort patients to the exam room.
Route phone calls via direct transfer, paging, voicemail, or redirect as needed.
Retrieve and route messages from the answering service.
Screen solicitors for relevance to care center needs.
Perform registration functions for new or existing patients and activate patient files.
Collect and record copayments as required.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and communicate benefit limitations.
Schedule patient appointments and follow‑up visits.
Document patient encounters accurately.
Provide additional support to patients and medical staff as needed.
Collaborate with clinical colleagues, management, and other staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Ensure compliance with all SOPs and policies (including HIPAA and OSHA).
Adhere to practice policies and protocols.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s mission and values, embodying its principles.
Contribute to a positive work environment aligned with organizational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred.
