What You’ll Be Doing
As a PTA Float, you’ll bring your expertise and energy to different clinics, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. You’ll:
Deliver outpatient physical therapy with warmth and professionalism
Follow personalized care plans that reflect each patient’s unique journey
Collaborate with your fellow clinicians to elevate care
Build meaningful connections with your team and the communities you serve
Use our intuitive EMR system for documentation and reporting
Stay aligned with all federal, state, and insurance guidelines
What You Bring
Graduation from an accredited PTA program
A current PTA license in good standing with the State of Arizona
A heart for healing and a mind for learning
