Join our Rehab team as an LPN/RN for a Monday 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift! Provide skilled care to residents on their recovery journey, work alongside a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact every day.
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our Rehab team for our Monday 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our short-term rehab residents, supporting their recovery and promoting independence. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess resident conditions, documenting changes accurately.
Collaborate with the rehab team, including therapists and aides, to implement individualized care plans.
Provide skilled nursing care to residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska.
Current CPR certification.
Previous experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care setting preferred.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
