American Veterinary Group is excited to add you as a Medical Operations Partner! This unique dual-site role allows you to work across two of our hospitals - broadening your experience and connecting with multiple supportive teams, as well as working with mixed and large animal cases. This role will encompass Panhandle Veterinary Services and Baldwin Animal Clinic. Both locations share a collaborative culture and a passion for excellent medicine. This position is a great opportunity for veterinarians of all experience levels. Two teams, one amazing career!
About our hospitals: Panhandle Veterinary Services:
State of the art equipment for both small and large animal procedures
No weekends! Closed Saturday and Sunday!
Baldwin Animal Clinic:
Mixed animal practice with about 30% large animal + equine!
Large facility with 4 exam rooms, 6 stalls, 2 stalls for isolation, and several pastures!
Key Responsibilities
Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
Collaborate and engage with both clinical teams and leaderships
Grow relationships within the practices and both communities
Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours

About Panhandle Veterinary Services Panhandle Veterinary Services is a multi-doctor mixed animal practice located in Chipley, Florida, in the Panhandle and just 90 miles west of the state capital, Tallahassee. We offer comprehensive care for both small and large animal patients. Our beautiful 6,700 sq ft hospital includes a modern large animal treatment facility with dedicated "suites" for hospitalization and the capability to make farm calls. For small animals, we provide a full range of services, including preventive medicine, digital radiography, ultrasound, and dentistry. We take great pride in delivering personalized, high-quality care for all our patients!
Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
Ability to work seamlessly between multiple hospital locations
