DXP Development Developer (Lead) with skills DXP Dev, AEM Development for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)
Lead the technical design and implementation for Brandfolder to AEM DAM migration.
Own the migration approach, including asset extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation.
Design and implement metadata mapping, taxonomy, tagging, and asset structures in AEM.
Guide and review development of AEM DAM components, workflows, and customizations.
Integrate AEM DAM with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CMS, marketing tools).
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data integrity during bulk migrations.
Lead code reviews, enforce AEM and DAM best practices, and ensure quality standards.
Troubleshoot complex migration and environment-related issues.
Collaborate closely with the Architect, Product Owner, QA, and Program Manager.
Support cutover, go-live, and post-migration stabilization (hypercare).
Mentor developers and ensure proper technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in AEM development, including DAM.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).
Proven experience leading DAM or content migration projects.
Experience working with Brandfolder APIs or similar DAM platforms is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of metadata schemas, asset workflows, renditions, and permissions.
Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and AEM DAM APIs.
Experience with bulk migration tools, scripts, and automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices for AEM.
