Starting Salary: $66,750 - $70,088, offer will reflect level of experience and licensure!
Full-time, Monday - Friday

Position Summary Provide clinical therapy in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families as prescribed in the client's Diagnostic Assessment and Individual Treatment Plan. The Outpatient Therapist will provide clinical insight and work from a trauma informed lens to provide individualized, youth-focused, strength and evidenced-based family and individual therapy models to youth and families. They collaborate with the community and providers related to the youth's progress.
Primary responsibilities
Completion of required intake process and forms.
Development and completion of the Diagnostic Assessment.
Completion of clinical documentation in compliance with program expectations.
Development and implementation of the initial Treatment Plan based on the Diagnostic Assessment b. Treatment Plan Reviews, at least every 90 days.
Crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
Provision of individual, group and/or family therapy as prescribed by the Treatment Plan goals.
Provide therapeutic services within the parameters of the program's structure, philosophy, and models.
Meet the minimum required hours of direct client contact and collateral services to meet billable expectations.
Coordination of referrals for adjunct services when applicable and done in coordination with the case manager.
Provision of case coordination with family members, other professionals, school staff and community support as needed.
Attendance and participation in mandatory clinical supervision and team case consultation meetings in accordance with program expectations.
Completion of education and training experiences in accordance with program expectations.
Compliance with all agency, state, and regulatory standards.
All other tasks and duties as assigned.
Teamwork: Working as a Productive member of a cohesive group toward a common goal and contributing to team development and effective team dynamics.
Problem Solving: Having the ability to identify and creativity solve problems and issues of varying complexities and to find effective solutions with few guidelines.

Quality Orientation: Setting high standards regarding his/her work and working environment and acting; accordingly, developing quality standards, continuously evaluating performance, products, and procedures; actively seeking ways to improve quality.

Requirements Required Education and Licensure
Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling, or clinically related fields
If currently unlicensed and clinical licensure is required in your state: o Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific, related discipline
And/or currently holds a provisional/intermediary license for a specific track (i.e. LGSW, LMSW, LAMFT or LPC)
Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Nexus Home Office driving requirements
Nice to Have
Fully licensed in appropriate state as an LCSW, LCSW-C, LICSW, LP, LMFT, LPCC, or LCPC
Experience in related community-based work with youth, adults, and/or families
