The Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island is actively seeking an experienced leader to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. We are currently recruiting for an MRI Manager at The Miriam Hospital.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational activities of the MRI department, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient use of resources, and strong support for both staff and student training programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will guide and mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and implement policies and procedures that align with departmental and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
Managing, coordinating, and supervising daily operations of the MRI section.
Providing leadership, education, and development opportunities for staff.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies.
Managing quality, safety, fiscal resources, and patient care outcomes.
Supporting student training programs within Diagnostic Imaging.
Requirements:
Completion of a formal, accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Supervisory/leadership experience required (3+ years preferred)
