Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As an LPN at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and patients under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and wound care
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
Requirements
Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
