The Account Manager is a client service focused role supporting life insurance brokers throughout the full application cycle. The role manages cases from submission through commission and acts as the key connection point between brokers and insurance carriers. Responsibilities include reviewing applications for compliance, providing underwriting guidance, tracking progress, and communicating updates and decisions.
