This is a per diem shift coverage at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Preferred Criteria
At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in inpatient psychiatry/medical
Nursing Certification/s
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
New Grad Nurses must complete the Residency Program
BCLS certification
Knowledge of nursing process: social, behavioral, biological and physical science
Knowledge of current health care environment
Knowledge of customer service principles
Knowledge of effective interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of use of computer applications
Ability to analyze patient care data to deliver and evaluate care
