Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Medical Providers to ensure a safe environment and to provide quality care to all clients. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for all admitted individuals, documents services, coordinates discharges, and collaborates with family or significant others.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health (Master’s degree preferred).
Licensed or eligible for license at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related experience preferred but not required.
