Wellness Nurse (LPN)

What You’ll Do as a Wellness Nurse The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in the overall health and happiness of our residents. Daily responsibilities include:
Supervising, coaching, and supporting care staff
Monitoring resident conditions and responding to care needs
Administering medications and treatments per orders and policy
Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and internal teams
Ensuring strong documentation and regulatory compliance
Providing first aid and responding to emergencies when needed
Supporting both Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods
Helping maintain a warm, resident‑centered environment
You’re not just providing care — you’re creating a place where seniors feel safe, valued, and loved.
Required Qualifications To thrive in this role, you must have:
✔
Active LPN license (in good standing)
✔
CPR/AED certification
✔
At least 1 year of LPN experience in a senior care setting
✔ At least 18 years of age
✔ Clear criminal background screening
✔ Ability to follow Drug‑Free Workplace policies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronic documentation systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
A passion for senior living and relationship‑based care
