Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full‑time opportunity— in person—serving public school students.
Founded by therapists, Ampersand Therapy began in Washington and is now proudly local to WI. Our mission is simple:elevate your school‑based experience with genuine support, meaningful collaboration, and a team that truly understands your work.
Position Details Schedule: Full‑Time Location: In‑person, West Allis/West Milwaukee Area schools Start Date: asap Service Focus: Evaluations, direct treatment, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide speech‑language assessments and therapy services
Develop and implement IEPs; participate in IEP meetings
Maintain accurate service logs and progress reports
Collaborate with special education staff and classroom teachers
Support students’ communication goals across school environments
What We’re Looking For
Active WI DPI Licensure in Speech and Language Pathology (1820)
School experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
