Clinician - Behavioral Health Outpatient (3872)

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide competent, direct clinical services to adults, children and adolescents through a variety of modalities such as individual, couples, family.
Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedures. Adhere to HIPAA regulations in all related member matters.
Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture or ethnicity.
Maintain professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required.
Maintain weekly productivity standards of 70%.
Maintain show rate target of 72%.
Attend monthly/weekly supervision meetings with Program Director.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in the Human Services field with a current active New Jersey license to practice, LSW, LAC from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Advanced New Jersey license preferred; LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Experience with providing and documenting direct care within a behavioral health setting.
Knowledge, training, and application of evidence-based treatment.
Knowledge of Trauma Informed practice and treatment.
Able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural behavioral health setting.
Proficient in use of computer, familiar with use of an electronic health system.
Ability to complete documentation independently, accurately, and adhere to timeframes.
Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge, skill, and ability; DSM V/ICD-10, systems of care, risk factors, evidence-based assessment tools.
A valid NJ driver's license.
