Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior Build strong connections with children and their families Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency What We’re Looking For
Experienced ABA Therapists or Behavior Technicians Individuals who have worked with BCBAs and understand ABA implementation Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compassion, patience, and dedication to client progress High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children with Autism Sessions take place in the child’s home or community Part-time position Minimum 6-month commitment If you're interested in becoming an RBT, you may complete the 40-hour RBT course — we can guide you if needed If This Sounds Like You…
