Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Manage and support Kofax Markview/Oracle EBS applications on a day-to-day basis. Require 5-7 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years specifically in Markview. Implement and/or upgrade Markview systems. Integrate Markview 8.0 with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite. Manage the Markview system from technical, functional, and process perspectives. Have strong knowledge of Kofax Markview 8.0, including capture and output modules. Understand Markview architecture, administration, scanning, and barcode servers. Understand standard features and custom development within Markview. Set up, configure, and administer systems to support current services. Interact with end-users to clarify incidents/problems and provide resolutions. Identify and implement service improvements based on current processes. Configure new organizational structures as required. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for solutions. Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing modules is advantageous. Additional Information
