General Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team in the Colorado Springs area. In this role, you will provide high-quality electrical service and maintenance to residential customers, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work independently and as part of a dynamic service crew to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform service calls, repairs, and maintenance on residential electrical systems.

Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions while adhering to NEC and local codes.

Install, replace, and upgrade wiring, panels, outlets, fixtures, and other electrical components.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Communicate clearly and professionally.

Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Minimum Education: None

Minimum Years of Experience: 2–4 years

Required Qualifications

Current Colorado Residential Wireman License (minimum requirement).

Proven experience as a residential electrician or service technician.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
