Responsibilities
Assist with pre‑operative assessments, gowning and gloving, instrument setup, and turnover to maintain optimal surgical flow.
Scrub and circulate, anticipate surgeon preferences, manage counts and sterile technique.
Actively participate in safety protocols, time‑outs, and anesthesia coordination.
Monitor patient status, respond to intraoperative changes, and assist with specimen handling.
Ensure meticulous documentation to support quality outcomes and compliance.
